NURSING HOMES
When the time comes for you to think about nursing home care for yoursef or a loved one, and you feel that you don't know where to start, please call us. We can help.

The Tarrant County Ombudsman Program monitors 68 nursing homes in Tarrant County (Texas).

The Ombudsmen are specially trained advocates that visit nursing homes regularly. They help you become an informed consumer as you make your choice for a long-term-care home.

If yoou have questions or concerns, please call the Ombudsman Office at 817-546-7834 or send an email to paula@mhatc.org. Do leave a voice mail if no one answers. The Ombudsmen check their voice mail and email several times a day, even when they're out of the office.
