The Mental Health Association of Tarrant County is the Information and Referral specialist for all mental health needs in Tarrant County. MHA of Tarrant County is also the self-help clearinghouse for ALL types of self-help and support groups in Tarrant County, not just those for mental health needs. We can refer you to specialty providers, support groups, educational classes and many other resources related to your mental health needs including:

• children's mental health issues
• post-traumatic stress disorder
• counseling services in the community

• stress
• women's issues
• disability benefit information
• sliding scale and no-cost services

We have numerous listings of support and self-help groups which include medical and disability issues, issues of death and dying, different mental illnesses, parent groups and more.
